What is Article 4 of the EU AI Act?

Following the July 2026 amendment, it does not require a guaranteed individual literacy level. Policies, training and records help organise these measures; a particular document package or certificate is not universally required by law.

Sign in with an email link, complete the questionnaire in about 15 minutes and pay. Your documents will be available in your dashboard and by email within one hour. The whole process fits into one working day.

Is training included? How many people can take part?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The €149 + VAT price includes AI literacy training for your whole company. Each participant receives a completion certificate after passing the knowledge check. The training addresses the staff AI literacy requirement under Article 4 of the EU AI Act. Participant numbers are subject only to the questionnaire’s technical limit.

How do payment and refunds work?

Complete the questionnaire first. No payment is requested until your company has been checked against the service criteria. You then pay through Stripe. A refund is available within 14 days if no documents have been downloaded. Once any document is downloaded from the system, the contractual refund option no longer applies.

Will the documents be tailored to my company?

Yes. You provide your company name, industry, AI tools and number of employees in the questionnaire. All documents are prepared using this information. You will not receive blank templates that you still need to fill in yourself.

How much does it cost? Are there any extra fees?

The price is €149 excluding VAT, or €180,29 including 21% VAT. This is a one-time payment with no subscription or hidden fees. Stripe issues and emails your invoice immediately after payment. Payment is securely processed through Stripe. Promotional price; standard price €299 excluding VAT.

Who issues the invoice?

The invoice is issued by UAB Silotech, a Lithuanian VAT-registered company. It is generated and emailed immediately after payment, with VAT shown separately. If you enter your VAT number at checkout, it will appear on the invoice for your accounting records.

What happens to my data?

We use the information you provide to prepare your documents. We follow GDPR requirements: data is stored on EU servers and is not shared with third parties for marketing. Trusted subprocessors help us prepare documents; see the Privacy policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@nebedirbam.lt.

Will I need to update the documents?

We recommend reviewing them at least once a year, when your company introduces new AI tools or when its processes change significantly. The AI tools register is an Excel file that you can update yourself at no extra cost.

No. This is an automated document preparation service. The documents are based on EU AI Act requirements, but they are not legal advice. For specific legal questions or complex situations, consult a lawyer.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded any documents from your dashboard. Refunds are processed through Stripe within 5-10 business days. Once any document is downloaded, the contractual refund option no longer applies. Eligibility is checked before payment, so companies that do not meet the criteria will not be charged.
