Terms of service

1. Service and purpose

nebedirbam.lt is an automated, self-service document preparation service provided by UAB Silotech, company code 306971572, VAT number LT100020253611, registered office at Ateities g. 2, Pakrovų k., LT-33211 Molėtų r., Lithuania, email support@nebedirbam.lt . The service uses document templates prepared and reviewed by a compliance specialist. Individual documents are generated automatically from the customer's questionnaire answers. The service helps Lithuanian companies acting as deployers of artificial intelligence (AI) systems to prepare internal documents relating to EU AI Act Article 4 (AI literacy) where the AI systems used are not high-risk.

2. Scope, eligibility and customer confirmations

The service is provided only to legal entities meeting all the following criteria. By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

(a) it acts as an AI system deployer under the EU AI Act, rather than an AI system provider or developer, distributor or importer;

(b) the AI systems for which the service is used are not classified as high-risk (EU AI Act Article 6 and Annex III), do not involve prohibited AI practices (Article 5), and are not general-purpose AI models with systemic risk;

(c) the service is used solely for business or professional purposes.

The service is not suitable or intended for AI system providers or developers, high-risk AI systems, prohibited AI practices or general-purpose AI models. If the customer does not meet any of criteria (a)-(c), the service is unsuitable, and the customer is responsible for its use in those circumstances. UAB Silotech is not liable for consequences of using the service without meeting these criteria or of incorrect customer confirmations.

3. Automated performance

Document templates were prepared and reviewed by a compliance specialist. Individual customer documents are generated automatically from these templates, relying solely on the questionnaire information. No UAB Silotech employee or compliance specialist individually reviews each generated document before delivery. Its content, accuracy and suitability depend directly on the correctness and completeness of the customer's questionnaire answers.

4. Automated document preparation, not individual legal advice

nebedirbam.lt is a self-service document preparation tool. It provides templates prepared and reviewed by a compliance specialist and adapts them automatically to the customer's questionnaire answers. Although a compliance specialist prepared and reviewed the templates, each document is generated automatically without individual expert involvement. The service is not and cannot be considered individual legal advice or a legal opinion on a specific situation. All outputs, including documents, templates and guides, are informational and cannot replace advice from a qualified lawyer or compliance specialist. We recommend consulting a lawyer for important compliance decisions.

5. Customer responsibility and review of final documents

The customer is responsible for: (a) providing accurate and complete questionnaire information; (b) the correctness of the confirmations in Section 2; (c) reviewing all documents before use; (d) making necessary amendments if the information changes. UAB Silotech strongly recommends reviewing compliance documents with a qualified lawyer or compliance specialist, particularly where the customer's activities are subject to sector-specific legislation, such as finance, healthcare or critical infrastructure. UAB Silotech is not liable for document deficiencies caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information or use outside the purpose set out in Sections 1-2.

6. Price and payment

The standard service price is €299 excluding VAT ( €361,79 including 21 % VAT). Any current promotional price is shown on the home page and at checkout ; ji galioja iki 2026 m. rugsėjo 1 d. . UAB Silotech may offer special prices, discounts or promotions for particular customer groups or periods. The final price is always clearly shown before documents are ordered, and that price applies to the specific order. Lithuanian VAT of 21 % is added and shown separately at checkout and on the invoice. Payment is made in a single transaction through Stripe and is confirmed when Stripe returns a successful payment confirmation. No subscription or recurring fees apply.

7. Refund policy

The service is intended for legal entities for business purposes, so the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers does not apply. Nevertheless, UAB Silotech voluntarily offers the contractual refund option below. By completing the questionnaire, the customer confirms that the service (digital content provision) begins immediately after payment.

Within 14 days of purchase, the customer may request a refund, provided none of the delivered documents has been downloaded from the system using links in the personal dashboard ( /dashboard ) or delivery email. Once any document is downloaded, this contractual refund option no longer applies. Downloads are automatically recorded with the time, IP address and browser parameters. Send refund requests to: support@nebedirbam.lt . Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

If questionnaire data does not meet the service's technical criteria, for example if the AI tools list is too large for automated processing, Stripe payment will not be started and the customer will not be charged.

Download links remain valid for 90 days from delivery. After that, the customer can refresh them through the dashboard at no extra charge.

8. Intellectual property

After payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive licence to use documents prepared for its company for internal purposes. Document templates and methodology are UAB Silotech's intellectual property and may not be resold or distributed to third parties.

9. No guarantee of full compliance

UAB Silotech aims for documents to reflect EU AI Act Article 4 requirements at the time of generation. However, it does not guarantee full regulatory compliance in all circumstances. EU and national regulation evolves; compliance depends on the company's particular activities, which only the customer can assess; and regulators' interpretations may differ from the methodology in the documents.

The service does not cover or guarantee compliance with requirements for AI system providers or developers, high-risk AI systems, or EU AI Act requirements unrelated to Article 4. The customer bears ultimate responsibility for legal compliance and for correctly assessing its role and its AI systems' risk levels.

10. Limitation of liability

UAB Silotech is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the service, including regulatory penalties, reputational harm or business losses. Its maximum liability in each case is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service. These limitations do not apply where mandatory Lithuanian law prohibits limiting liability, including for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

11. Personal data processing

UAB Silotech processes customer data in accordance with the GDPR and Lithuanian law. The conditions for personal data processing are set out in the Privacy policy , which the customer reads before using the service.

12. Template currency and changes in law

Document templates reflect the legal position on the date of generation. UAB Silotech does not undertake to update documents already generated for customers following changes in legislation or its interpretation.

13. Service availability

UAB Silotech aims to provide continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or circumstances beyond its control.

14. Third-party services

Payments are processed by the third party Stripe under its terms of service. UAB Silotech is not responsible for the operation or disruption of Stripe's services.

15. Third-party links

The website or documents may link to third-party sources, such as official European Commission documents or regulatory guidance. UAB Silotech does not control their content and is not responsible for its accuracy or currency.

16. Changes to these terms

UAB Silotech may amend these terms. The version in effect when payment is submitted applies to a particular order.

17. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure circumstances under Lithuanian law.

18. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Disputes are resolved in Lithuanian courts with jurisdiction over UAB Silotech's registered office. Before going to court, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiations within 30 days.

19. Final provisions

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. These terms and the Privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the service. Before payment, the customer confirms that it has read and accepts these terms.
